components (power units, UPS, and so on). Replace

Check for a fault LED on the power supply and replace the

Incorrect SCSI ID
Make sure SCSI cables are undamaged and properly

connected. Check the drive SCSI ID settings. Ensure that
option switches 1 and 3 (inside the switch card) are set to
the appropriate positions.

Change switch positions only when your host server and
storage unit is turned off.

Have the storage unit serviced.

All high address or all low address hard-disk drive failed;
