The phone saves information about various events in lists.
The following call lists are available:
Accepted calls
Missed calls
If the call list is full, a new entry overwrites the oldest.
The following message lists are available:
Answering machine list
Network mailbox list

Editing a call list on a handset

Opening the call list
MENU
Messages
The number of entries is displayed for each type of list, and for the list Missed Calls the number
of entries that have not yet been viewed is also displayed (e.g. 02+04).
Information about the calls
Name of the caller if the number is stored in the directory
Phone number of the caller or called party if no name is available
For an internal call: Name of the handset
Time and date of the call
Show name for an entry:
Open call list

Call and message lists

Calls that were accepted.
Calls that were not accepted
If there are missed calls that have not yet been viewed, New
messages appears in the display.
Messages on the local answering machine (if available)
Messages on the network mailbox
Select type of list
