Each person's heart rate is unique and
can be influenced by many things,
such as age, physical and mental
health, body temperature, or certain
medications.
It is normal for a person's heart rate
to fluctuate throughout the day. Your
heart rate is usually lowest when lying
down. Heart rate increases during
physical activity, with vigorous exercise
producing a higher heart rate than
lighter exercise.
