    1.1 Overview Figure 1-1: TANK-XM81 Internal Expansion Modules The TANK-XM81 Series Products allows you to add various functionality through internal IO expansion modules. The internal IO expansions can support up to 8 PCIe x1 and 5 USB 2.0, and is compatible with various combinations, for example, multiple network cards and M.2 B key modules, giving users more flexibility for solution integration.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, disconnect all power sources before installing or servicing the TANK-XM811 Series External expansion.     Internal expansion products 3.2 Back Cover Removal Before installing or maintaining the internal components, the bottom cover must be removed from the TANK-XM81 Series Products. Follow the steps below to complete the task. Step 1: Turn the TANK-XM81 Series Products over and remove the 6 screws on the bottom cover.

Close the bottom cover and secure it using the screws removed previously (see Section 3.5). 3.4 GPOE-XM81-8P Installation Follow the steps below to install the GPOE-XM81-8P. Step 1: Insert the golden finger of the GPOE-XM81-8P module into the PCIe x16 slot (Figure 3-4).
