Creating a certificate
A certificate authenticates the connection between a device and a client. To enable a device or client to communicate with
AWS IoT, a certificate must be registered and activated with AWS IoT.
1.
Select [Security]  [Certificates] from the left menu and click the [Create certificate] button.

Select [Create certificate with certificate signing request (CSR)]. Select the CSR file generated by Certificate
Configuration Tool for FX5-ENET from the [Choose file] button. (Page 22 Configuring Settings with Certificate

Select [Active] for the certificate status and click the [Create] button.
