If the fault still cannot be solved, please contact the supplier or manufacturer as soon as possible. Note: Do not
disassemble the product yourself!
When you need to report the fault to the customer service personnel of the dealer, please record and inform the
following information:
Product model (Model);
Serial No. (Serial No.);
Date of fault occurrence, complete problem description (including fault code, power grid condition, load capacity,
etc.).

6. Packaging, Transportation, Storage

1. The system cabinet is packed in wooden cases and the internal PE packaging bag is moisture-proof and
waterproof.
2. Use EPE pearl cotton foam pad in the middle to prevent damage to the system during handling and
transportation.
3. Transportation must comply with UN3481's dangerous goods transportation and local laws and regulations.
4. The system is heavy and must use the mechanical handling.
5. Transportation temperature:-10
6. The equipment and packaging cannot be sprayed, so it cannot be transported in the open air.
7. Storage temperature: -20
(The SOC before storage is kept in the range of 40% to 60%)
8. Storage humidity: 10%~80% RH.
9. The storage room should be kept ventilated, the room should be clean and dry, and it should be protected from
dust and moisture.
10. The storage time can be up to 6 months. It is recommended to charge and discharge the system for more than
the time.
11. Storage room sunlight cannot be directly exposed to the system.
ARC fault

1. ARC fault detection is only for US market;
2. Check PV module cable connection and clear the
fault;

Heat sink temperature is too high
1. Check whether the work environment temperature is
too high;
2. Turn off the inverter for 10mins and restart;
