The moving of the appliance should be carried out by competent personnel taking care to maintain the
stability of the equipment at all times.
The emitted sound level of this appliance is 70db(A)
To ensure stability the appliance should be located on a flat, level surface, correctly loaded with the castors
locked.
When moving the appliance, ensure that two or more people are used to guide and support the appliance.
The appliance should not be moved over uneven surfaces.

Disposal Requirements

If not disposed of properly, these cabinets have components that can be harmful to the environment. All
cabinets must be disposed of by appropriately registered and licensed waste contractors, and in accordance
with national laws and regulations
.

General Requirements

Check that the food stored does not block the air grills. This will ensure a good air flow and circulation of
the hot air in the appliance.
Loading
Ensure a free space of approximately 15mm is left between each stored product so that air can
circulate.
Loading the appliance with products may only be undertaken when the temperature set by the thermostat
is reached.
Warning: Loading the cabinet with products at a temperature above 120°C may release the safety
thermostat.
Care must be taken when loading the cabinet, as the inside of the cabinet will be hot, ensure that suitable
protection is worn.
Ventilation
Internal ventilation is permanently maintained , even when the door is opened.
Heating is automatically stopped when the door is opened. In the instance of prolonged opening of the
door, it is advisable to turn the cabinet off at the mains.
