Cause
Unable to switch on the machine
Battery is not charged
Overload protection has been tripped
Machine does not work
No reaction when switchin ON
Brush button is inactive
Brushes don't rotate
Brushes/pad drive pulley jam
Brush / pad badly worn
Cleaning action inadequate
Insufficient amount of water / chemical dosing
Wrong cleaning materials/methods
Turbine button inactive
Suction hose not hooked up to suction nozzle
Eco-mode activated
Suction nozzle or suction hose clogged
No suction or suction inadequate
Intake filter blocked (ball)
The sealing lid is not closed at the output hose
Intake cover is blocking the intake
Tank lid not closed or seal defective
Solution
Charge battery until the charging cycle has completed.
Switch OFF and ON the machine
Plug in mains plug
Activate brushes
Use recommended brushes/pad drive pulleys or replace defective
ones
Replace brush / pad
Increase amount of water / chemical dosing
Check product instructions or ask Wetrok customer service
Activate turbine
Connect suction hose
De-activate the Eco-mode
Check suction path and remove the blockage
Dirty water tank is full and must be emptied
Close the cover
Put on the missing intake filter
Close tank lid correctly or replace seal
