Carriage Encoder Strip and Read Head

The carriage encoder read head provides carriage location information to the printer based on
the carriage encoder strip.
The encoder strip is located on the printer beam; the read head is attached to the printer carriage.

Gantry Encoder Strip and Read Head

The gantry encoder strip and read head provide gantry location information to the printer.
The encoder strip and read head are located on the left and right sides of the Vacuum table.
