Metrological inspection
In accordance with the Medizinprodukte-Betreiberverordnung (Ger-
man Medical Device Operator Ordinance), professional users in Ger-
many are required to arrange for a metrological inspection to be per-
formed at yearly intervals. Private users are advised to arrange for a
technical inspection of the device every two years.
The inspection can be performed either by UEBE Medical GmbH, an
authority responsible for metrology or an authorised maintenance
service. Please refer to your national regulations.
