Proper Care and Storage
Keep

the camcorder's
cassette

excessive
wear
to both
the rccoMing/playback
heads
and tapes.

cap the lens when
the camcorder
is not in use.

lotion
as it might
damage
the finish.

Store tapes vertically in their protective

Never
leave the camcorder
or tapes in a car or outdoors

Excessive heat or cold might damage
tapes.
Keep tapes away from strong magnetic
fields such as electric motors, speakers

other devices.
Keep

recording

Never use tapes with damaged
or spliced tape.
