Page 4: Assembly Steps
ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Take note of the pilot hole patterns on CPU Shelf (A) and Side Shelf (B). Identify CPU Shelf for use below. CPU Shelf Side Shelf Secure CPU Center Post (D) to underside of CPU Shelf (A) using ST4.8x13mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver. - Page 5 STEP 2 Secure CPU Arms (C) to the underside of CPU Shelf (A) using ST4.8x13mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 6 Use 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A) to loosen the two screws on the front support frame of your VIVO racing cockpit so that they protrude 5mm from the frame. Line up CPU Arm (C) keyholes with the previously loosened screws and slide into place.
- Page 7 STEP 4 Fasten Arm Brackets (G) to the back of CPU Arms (C) using M8x16mm Screws (S-C) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 8 STEP 5 Remove the M8x16mm screws from the underside of cockpit’s rear support bar using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Line the Side Shelf Arm (F) on the underside of the rear support bar and re-thread the previously removed screws into the frame. Secure using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 9 STEP 6 Use a Phillips screwdriver and M6x12mm Screws (S-B) to attach Side Shelf Center Post (E) to Side Shelf Arm (F).
- Page 10 STEP 7 Fasten the Side Shelf (B) to Side Shelf Arm (F) using ST4.8x13mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 11 STEP 8 Adjust the feet on the bottom of the CPU Center Post (D) and the Side Shelf Center Post (E) to support and level the shelves.
