    FIGURE 13 - KNOCKOUT DIMENSIONS At selected location, drill a 1 inch hole for 115V power supply and a ½ inch hole for the thermostat cable. Run wiring through the holes to the furnace leaving enough excess wire to make electrical connections after mounting furnace.

    INSTALLING YOUR FURNACE General Vent Installation Fasten the hold-down plate or starter plate to the top of the header plate using holes “B” in the header plate. The vent installation must comply with all local codes and ordinances. If in doubt, consult your local codes or inspector. ALL MODELS The furnace vent must be directed to the outdoors so that harmful combustion gases will not collect inside the building.

Disconnect two (2) slip-on connectors from junction block midway on the thermocouple. REMOVE BURNER AND CONTROLS Locate the burner and screws that secure it.
