Turn Power switch On.
Check fuse Fl and replace if necessary

Check 14-pin receptacle RC9 connections.
Check input
power.
Wire does not feed. Check circuit breaker CB1 and fuse Fl.

trigger connection at
wire feeder. Check

trigger leads and trigger

check drive motor and control board PCi.
Wire feeds erratically. Readjust hub tension and drive roll
pressure

Use correct size drive roll (see Parts Ust).
Clean

replace dirty
or worn

Remove weld spatter around nozzle opening.
Replace contact tip
or
liner. See
