    13/47 3.1.1 netX50 Technology The netX50 is a member of Hilscher’s family of highly integrated network controllers with a new system architecture optimized for communication and maximum data throughput. Based on the 32-Bit CPU ARM 966E-S clocked with 200 MHz, it provides a total of 112 KB internal RAM (including 8 KB instruction TCM and 8 KB data TCM) and 64 KByte ROM.
