BOMAG Refuse Compactor
Effective utilization of landfill space is the maxim for the development of BOMAG refuse compactors.
The landfill site itself sets the standards against which the machines must compete. The powerful BOMAG
refuse compactors were specially designed to meet the extremely harsh conditions on sanitary landfill sites.
BOMAG implemented the specific requirements from landfill sites into everyday practice, without making any
compromise. All targets, such as compaction density, reduction of the percolating water quantity, trafficability of
the landfill site, reduction of fire hazards and pest invasion are reliably achieved.
Matured technology
The machine frame is a self-bearing and torsion resistant construction. The closed frame prevents dirt from en-
tering into the inside of the machine. All work components are arranged inside this closed belly pan structure
and are thus optimally protected against damage and contamination.
