11.3: Adjusting the Q-Lock
Behind the Q-Lock is a grub screw which can be used to
tighten or loosen the Q-Lock joint. Use a 3mm allen key from
the tool kit to adjust. Only adjust if the front frame feels loose
or the catch does not engage.
CAUTION:
This product contains moving parts. Beware of fi nger
trapping.
WARNING:
The twistlocks must be in the locked position
whenever in use. Failure to do so could deactivate
the catches and prevent the frame from closing in,
causing serious injury and equipment damage.
WARNING:
Always check the Q-Lock joint is secure and all
fasteners are tight. There should be no excessive
free play in the QLock joint during use. Make any
necessary adjustments before use.
