Using the Timer Menu
To select the Timer Me_u
1 Press MENU.
2 Move the joystick ÷ or ÷ to
highlight the Timer icon and
press O"
To reset the Clock or Timers
Press
RESET on the remote
control, when in the Timer
Menu, to reset to the factory defaults.

3 The Timer Menu includes the following options:
Timer1
You can use the Timers to program
the TV to turn on and
Tier er 2
off and tune to a specific channel at two scheduled
viewing times.
Timer 1 and Timer 2 are not available to be set until you set
the Current Tree.
1 Move the joystick 4_ or e to highlight Timer 1 or
Timer 2. To set the timer, move the joystick ÷.
2 Move the joystick 4 or _ to highlight one of the
following options, then press _.
Program Select to set the Timer by day, time,
duration, and channel.
Off Select to turn off the Timer. (Your previous
settings are saved.)
If you selected Program in step 2, move the joystick ÷
and _ to set the day(s), hour, minute, duration, and
channel number. Press _ (or move the joystick ÷) to
confirm each setting and move to the next setting.
Move the joystick ÷ to go back to the previous
setting.
4 Press MENUto exit the Menu. An LED on the front
panel will light, indicating the timer has been set.
Current Tree _ Press _ to select Cu rent Time.
2 Move the joystick 4 and _ to set the current time
(day, hour, and minute). Press @ (or move the
joystick ÷) to confirm each setting and move to the
next setting. Move the joystick ÷ to go back to the
previous setting.
Press MENU to exit the Menu.
