Read and observe the operating instructions, keep them as a reference for later and ensure they are accessible at
all times.

GROUPED SAFETY MESSAGES
Only use the device for the specified purpose.
2.2.
INTENDED USE
Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
For both industrial and private use.

REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Not for use in areas where high concentrations of dust, flammable gases, vapours or solvents are present.
Do not subject it to blows, impacts or heavy loads.
Do not carry out any unauthorised modifications.

DUTIES OF THE OPERATING COMPANY
Ensure that all of the works listed below are carried out by qualified specialist personnel:
Transport, unpacking, lifting
Erection
Operation
Maintenance
The operating company must ensure that personnel who work on the product comply with the regulations and provisions
together with the following instructions:
National and regional regulations for safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations.
No damaged products are assembled, installed or commissioned.
The necessary protective equipment is provided.
Use the unit only when it is in faultless condition and in good working order.
Make periodic checks to ensure that the operating personnel work in a safe manner and in compliance with the instruc-
tion handbook.
Regularly test the safety devices for correct operation.
Do not remove the safety and warning notices; ensure that they are kept in legible condition.
Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affect their reaction time may not operate the machine
or perform maintenance on it.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Adhere to the national and regional regulations on safety and accident prevention. Select and provide protective work
wear, such as foot protection and protective gloves, that is appropriate for the respective activity and the expected risks.

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

All controls and guards may be operated only by persons who have been trained to do so.
Specialists for mechanical work
Specialists in the sense of this documentation are persons who are familiar with assembly work, mechanical installation,
commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of the products and who possess the following qualifications:
Qualification / training in the field of mechanics as specified in the nationally applicable regulations.
Trained specialist for electro-technical work
A trained electrician in terms of this document is a person who has been respectively trained and who possesses the skills
and experience to recognise and avoid the dangers of working with electricity.
Trained person
Trained persons in the sense of this documentation are persons who have been trained to perform work in the areas of
transport, storage and operation.
