Temporary tone dialing

If you have pulse (rotary) dalng, you can change from dal pulse to touch tone dalng durng a call by
pressng *TONE Ths s useful f you need to send touch tone sgnals for access to telephone bankng
or long dstance servces
1 Press TALK/FLASH
2 Dal the number
3 Press TONE*
Call transfer
To transfer an external call from one handset (HS1) to the other handset (HS2):
For the ia5870
1 Whle on a call, press SEL on HS1 to forward the call to HS2
HS1 wll show:
CALL TRANSFERRED
Press TALK/
2 on HS2 to answer the transferred call HS1 wll return to the dle mode
FLASH
HS2 wll rng and show:
TRANSFERRED CALL
