8. SIMULATING THE HARDWARE STATUS
● Target
Shows the name of each simulated hardware device.
Fan condition
Temperature condition inside the
chassis
Drive condition
Memory condition
General purpose external contact

output condition
● Status
Shows the currently set status of each simulated hardware device. The following
shows a list of statuses for each hardware device.

(*) This status only applies to drive bay 1 and drive bay 2 in the B and T models.
After the Simulation Tool window starts, all hardware devices are set to "Normal"
or "Healthy".
● Setting
Shows a new status to be simulated for each target hardware device.
If no status to be simulated is set, "---" is displayed. (After the Simulation Tool
window starts, "---" is displayed for all hardware devices.)
