a) Attach the 2 Cart rail(17) on to the front and back of the prepared cart with 4
Screws(B) each.
b) Repeat same for Cart left rail(18).
c) Secure all screws properly with a screwdriver.

a) Insert the Axle(20) through the right side legs as shown.
b) Attach the Wheel(21) on the Axle(20) and secure with a Nut(G) each.
c) Ensure all the screws are tightened.
