RTC Memory Lock
Enable will lock bytes 38h-3Fh in the lower/upper 128-byte bank of RTH RAM.
BIOS Lock
Enable/Disable the PCH BIOS Lock Enable feature.
Force unlock on all GPIO pads
If Enabled, BIOS will force all GPIO pads to be in the unlocked state.
