Use the electric parking brake to hold your vehicle on
slopes and flat roads. The switch is on the center console.
To apply the brake, pull the switch up and release it. To
use the electric parking brake to slow or stop your vehicle
in an emergency, pull the switch up and hold it.
AU TO H O L D
Auto hold applies the brakes to hold your vehicle after you
stop it and release the brake pedal. This can help when
waiting on a hill or in traffic.
To switch auto hold on and off:
1.
Press the
button on the touchscreen.
Driver Assistance.
2. Press
3. Switch
Auto Hold
on or off.
NOTE:
You can only switch the system on after you close the
driver door and power on the vehicle. The system remembers
the last setting when you power on your vehicle. Make sure you
switch the system off before towing with your vehicle or before
using an automatic car wash.

The traction control system helps avoid drive wheel spin and loss of
traction. If your vehicle begins to slide, the system applies the brakes
to individual wheels and, when needed, reduces power at the same
time. The traction control system turns on each time you switch the
vehicle on. To switch the traction control off, press the
instrument panel.
If your vehicle is stuck in mud or snow, switching traction control off
may be beneficial as this allows the wheels to spin.

Your vehicle is set up to receive over-the-air updates that can add
new features and enhance existing ones. Connecting to Wi-Fi may
be required for some updates and may make them download faster.
To make sure you get the latest upgrades as soon and as easily as
possible, get started with the steps below.
Make sure vehicle connectivity and automatic updates are switched
on and that your vehicle is connected to Wi-Fi, if available.
To set a schedule:
1. Press the
button on the touchscreen.
2. Press
Software
Updates.
3. Press
Schedule
Updates.
4. Use the controls to set the days and time for updates.
5. Press Save.
