4) Preheating the oven
To preheat your oven on Convection mode
select the temperature you require by press-
ing the CONVECTION pad until the tempera-
ture you want is shown on the display. Press
AUTO MINUTE/START and
will be displayed and the convec-
tion symbol will flash, until the temperature is
reached. The signal 'beep' will sound four

times and the display will revert to showing the
oven temperature and the convection symbol will
rotate. The temperature will be held for 15 min-
utes during which time you must place the food in
the oven. You should then programme the oven
in the cooking mode you require. If you do not
open the oven door within 15 minutes of the oven
reaching the preheat temperature the oven will
automatically switch itself off.
