Manual TIMY2 – Jumping 4.2 Counter Movement Jump The counter movement jump is used in sports science for jump analysis. It helps to test the ability of concentric force jump muscles (a backswing (down) is allowed). The measurement is the same as for Squat Jump, but the movement of the athlete is different.
