Just so you know, the WS3800 needs to be used with optional sensors to obtain outdoor weather data and is not a standalone product. The following user guide provides step by step instructions for installation and operation. -

Visit the App Store or Google Play Store or scan the QR code below to download the free Ecowitt App onto your mobile device. Open the Ecowitt App, follow the on-screen setup instructions to create an account, add a new device, and follow Section 2.2.3 or 2.2.4 below to connect your station to your Wi-Fi network. -

3802 weather station has stopped showing feels like etc just sits on current outdoor temp?
The ECOWITT WS3800 weather station displays "Feels Like" temperature based on outdoor conditions:
- If the outdoor temperature is below 50°F (10°C), it shows wind chill.
- If the outdoor temperature is between 50°F (10°C) and 80°F (26.7°C), it shows the actual outdoor temperature.
- If the outdoor temperature is above 80°F (26.7°C), it shows the heat index.
If the WS3800 has stopped displaying "Feels Like" temperature and only shows the outdoor temperature, it is likely because the outdoor temperature is between 50°F (10°C) and 80°F (26.7°C), where "Feels Like" equals the outdoor temperature. Additionally, if the user has selected "Apparent Temperature" instead of "Feels Like Temperature" in the settings, the displayed value might be different.
