PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Lid wili not open.
1. Fuse (2F, 1.75A) is defective.
2. Check brake.
3. Torque limiter is slipping.
1. Replace the fuse.
2. Adjust or replace if needed.
3. Adjust the torque limiter.
Lid will not close.
1. Fuse (2F, 1.75A) is defective.
2. Torque limiter is slipping.
1. Replace the fuse.
2. Adjust the torque limiter.
Lid opens and closes continuously
without stopping.
Limit switches (1LS, 2LS) are
broken or out of adjustment.
Check the
limit switches (1LS,
2LS) . If broken or damaged,
replace. if out of adjustment,
adjust.
Power on to unit; nothing turns on.
Fuse (2F, 1.75A) is defective.
Replace fuse.
