CONTROL SYSTEM
MAIN COMPONENTS
Control Fuses 1F~4F
Protect circuits for the Door interlock, Lid Motor, Heater,
and Generators.
Control Box
TIME DELAY RELAY 1TDR
Energizes drain valve 1MV after a set delay.
CONTROL RELAYS
See Wiring Diagram, Figure 3-5.
CONTACTOR 1C
Energizes heater strip HTR.
CONTACTOR 2C
Energizes ultrasonic generators 1G and 2G.
LEVEL PROBE CONTROL BOARD
Receives input signals from level probes 1LLC and
2LLC. Sends signal to control circuit for 1LLC after a
delay of 2 seconds; sends signal to control circuit for
2LLC after a delay of O seconds.
Level Probes 1LLC, 2LLC
1LLC is high solution level; 2LLC is low solution level.
Limit Switches 1LS, 2LS
1LS is LID UP; 2LS is LID DOWN.
Thermal Switches 1TAS, 2TAS
Break the circuit at approximately 120° F.
Close the circuit at approximately 100° F.
Isolation Transformer 1T
Mounted behind the control box, this transformer stabi-
lizes the incoming voltage for the sonic generators.
