3-3. How to set the WLAN connection

● Connection to access points
Prepare WLAN access points to be connected to the IoT Gateway.
Access points that can be connected to the IoT Gateway are as described below:
・ Device compatible with IEEE 802.11b/11g/11n or upward compatible device
・ Frequency 2.4 GHz
There is an upper limit to the number of devices that can be connected to one access point
(normally about 10 to 20 units). Any more device cannot be connected to one access point
if this upper limit is exceeded. If the number of devices you want to connect to the access
point exceeds the upper limit, you must prepare additional access point.

● Setting the access point
In this Instruction Manual, it is presumed that the SSID and password on the access point side
have already been set.
In addition, it is also presumed that access point has already been connected to the network.
If you have any question, please contact the person in charge of networking.
Do not set "JUKI_IoT" as the SSID name of the access point.
● Setting the host system
Start up the server on which the MQTT broker runs on the network.
Refer to the instruction manual for the middleware.
