Here's how to set the type of mic used and the mic input gain (sensitivity).

Explanation
Dynamic mic, condenser mic
* When a condenser mic is connected, set the rear panel phantom power switch to "48 V".
Doing so supplies phantom power, and [48V] is shown in blue onscreen.
* When connecting a dynamic mic or a condenser mic that operates on battery power, make
sure to set the phantom power switch to "OFF". These types of mics may malfunction when
supplied with phantom power.
