UNPACKING & ASSEMBLY
Unpack your unit by carefully lifting it out of its box.
Remove any packing material and cut any plastic ties that
may be holding the handlebar pieces to the rest of the

assembly.

ASSEMBLY
1. Stand the unit upright with the tines and wheels on a level surface.

2. Using two t-handle nuts, two bolts and two curved washers, assemble the 'U' shaped middle handlebar
section to the lower handlebar section that is already attached the main assembly (see Figure 1). The
middle handlebar section can be installed in either a low or a high position. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN T-
HANDLE NUTS.
3. Attach the upper right and left portions of the handlebars to the 'U' shaped middle section using the two
remaining t-handle nuts, bolts and curved washers (see Figure 1).
