When connecting an aerial:
Connect the cable of an outdoor aerial to the Aerial socket on the rear panel of
the TV.

@ Preparation
Install two dry-cell batteries into the unit.
Important:
@ Use "AA(R6)"-size dry-cell batteries.
Do not use rechargeable batteries.
@ Correctly install the batteries, observing (+/-) polarities.
@ Follow the cautions printed on the battery.
@ Duration of battery use is approximately 6 months to 1 year.
(Duration varies depending on frequency of use.)
@ If the Remote Control operates erratically, replace the batteries with new ones.
Battery installation:
1.
Press and slide the cover off of the unit.
2.
Insert a pair of batteries into the battery compartment. Correctly
install them, observing (+/-) polarities.
3.
Replace the cover.

Point the Remote Control signal emitting window directly at the sensor of the TV
set.
Important:
@ The maximum operable distance is approximately 7 meters from the Remote
Control sensor, and-no more than 30° to either side of center.
@ Take care that nothing is between the Remote Control and the sensor of the
TV set.
