In the case of the Example 1:
Press "0". The display changes from "~ —--" to "-:- - " (Also press "5".
It
changes from "--:-- "to "5:--".)
* In this case, the hour's units digit to be set in the following (2) can be set.
In the case of the Example 2:
Press "2". The display changes from "~-—:--" to "2---".
(2) Press a numeric key to set the units digit for the hour.
e@ When the 10s digit is "0" or "1":
Press key corresponding to the current hour from "0" to "9". (In the case
of example 1, press "5". The display changes from "—-:--". to "5:—--")
@ When the 10s digit is "2":
Press key corresponding to the current hour from "0" to "3". (In the case
of example 2, press "1". It changes from "2-:--" to "21:--".}
Note:
An invalid input will not be allowed.
2) Enter the minute from 0 to 59.
Note:
An invalid number cannot be entered.
(1) Press "0" to "5" to set the 10s digit for the minute.
(In the case of example 1, press "3". It turns "5:3-".)
(In the case of example 2, press "4". It turns "21:4-".)
(2) Press "0" to "9" to set the units digit for the minute.
(In the case of example 1, press "0". It shows "5:30".)
(In the case of example 2, press "3". It shows "21:43".)
* After entering the units digit for the minute, the following display
appears to indicate that the time setting has been competed.
The on-screen display disappears in about 3 seconds.
(As long as the clock setting mode is engaged, the display does not disappear.)

* To reset the clock, repeat steps 1 to 3.
Reserve Timer
This allows the TV to turn on automatically at a preset time and ata
preset
Programme Channel.
Important:
@ This function operates only once for each setting and must be resetfor each
use.
e@ Two different settings are possible (Timer 1 and Timer 2).
e@ While the Timer function is operating with "8. Reserve Timer"
of "9, Home
Sitter", the Timer indicator (orange) on the front panel remains lit (IEID ON);
when the indicator goes off (LED OFF), the Timer function is no lreger in
operation.
@ The clock employs the 24-hour system. (0:00 — 23:59)
e If both Timer 1 and Timer 2 are set to operate for the same time, Timer 1 has
priority.
e@ Even if the TV is already on, if the Timer is set to turn on the TV at és pecific
time, the TV will change to the preset channel when the specified t ime is
reached.
