3) When in the Sound Mode Select mode:
Press the Control (-/+) buttons to obtain the following on-screen display for
sound mode selection.

4) When in the VNR mode:
Press the Control (-/+) button to turn the mode on or off.

5) When in the picture adjustment mode:
Press the Control (-/+) buttons to select any of the items for picture adjust-
ment.
The reference marker moves right or left.
6) When in the audio:adjustment mode:
Press the Control (-/+) buttons to select any of the items for audio adjustment.
The Reference marker moves right or left.

m@ Picture/Sound Level Adjustments
Press the a, wv, + and — buttons on the Remote control to adjust the selected
items.
Important:
e After having adjusted picture levels, if the input mode (TV, EXT 1, EXT 2 or EXT
3) is switched, or the power is turned off and on again, the picture levels are
restored to the levels that have been stored in memory with the Video
Status
Memory function.
Refer to "Video Status Memory" on page 22.
@ Audio-level adjustments are not affected by the above. (There is no change in
audio adjustment, even if the input mode is changed or the power is turned off
and on again.)
Operation:
(1] Press the « or w button to select the item you wish to adjust.
The selected item turns magenta colour.
