Problem
The steamer is not heating up.
The steamer does not produce
any steam.
The steamer makes a rattling
noise and vibrates.
The steamer leaves water drops
on the garment.
The steamer is making a buzzing
noise while steaming / handle
shakes.
If the indicator light is flashing
back & forth between red & blue

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible Cause
The steamer may not be plugged
in correctly, or the power may
not be turned on.
The steamer does not produce
any steam, the steamer has not
heated up sufficiently.
Steam button is not fully pressed
down
The water level in the water
reservoir is too low.
Electrical outlet is not working.
The water reservoir is not
properly placed.
The water pump inside the unit
detects the water level is low.
The accessory attachment being
used may have condensation.
The water pump sends steam
to the steam panel to produce
steam.
Actual outlet voltage & the
voltage selected are not the same
Solution
Ensure that the steamer is
properly plugged in and that the
power is turned on. Check if the
plug is inserted correctly and if
the outlet is working normally.
Let the steamer preheat for 30
seconds before using. Wait until
the indicator light turns solid blue
and then press the power button.
Fully press down the steam
button for few seconds.
Unplug the steamer, let it cool
completely and refill the water
reservoir.
Plug into another electrical
outlet.
Insert the water reservoir
properly.
Unplug the unit, let it cool
completely and refill water
reservoir.
Let the appliance cool
completely, remove attachment
and wipe dry.
This noise is normal.
The voltage switch must be set
to the same voltage as the outlet
voltage
