0 dBV is referenced to 1.0 Volt. Actual voltage levels are also given in parentheses. To
calculate the 0 dB = 0.775 Volt reference level (i.e., 0 dBm in a 600-Ohm circuit), add 2.2 dB to the listed dB
value; i.e. -10 dBV re: 1 V =-7.8 dBm re: 0.775 V.
