8. AFTER SALES SERVICES

This water heater has a guarantee of 2 or 3 years to start on the
purchase date and always considering that anode has been replaced
every 6 months by a professional.
Warranty conditions as below:
• This warranty covers during a period of 6 months all repair
costs, considering that the appliance has not been installed in
an approachless or difficult place.
• From 6 months until 2 years from purchasing date, this
warranty covers all repair costs except moving costs, if anode
has been replaced every 6 months, as highlithed in this
manual.
• Corrosion issue is covered by this warranty during a period of 3
years from purchasing date, considering that anode has been
replaced following the notes included in this manual (Not
applicable to Canary Island or Balears, where the corrosion
warranty is 2 years)
The product will be out of the warranty in the following cases:
• Failures caused by incorrect treatment or incorrect installation.
• The appliance has been repaired, maintained or manipulated
by personnel without proper accreditation.
• It has been repaired or maintained with non-original parts.
• The wear and tear and aesthetic deterioration produced by the
use, the cleaning of lime accumulation, the revision and
replacement of the magnesium anode as well as other
maintenance operations of the thermos.
• The magnesium anode must not be replaced within the periods
set by the manufacturer.
• Failures caused by accidental causes, force majeure and in
general any damage caused by elements other than the
thermos itself.
