To extend the recording time in the 5SEC mode
Five dots (00000)
appear, and then disappear at a rate of one per second. To extend
the recording
time, press START/STOP
again before all the dots disappear.
Recording
continues
for about 5 seconds
from the moment
you press START/STOP.

The time code indicates
the recording
or playback time, "0:00:00" (hours
: minutes :
seconds)
in CAMERA
mode and "0:00:00:00" (hours : minutes : seconds
: frames) in
VTR mode. You cannot rewrite only the time code.
Your camcorder
uses the drop frame mode.
