mode button (23)
Button
(23) is responsible for selecting the baking stage
when manually setting program No. 13 «Multibaker».
To set the time for each cooking step, it is necessary to:
1.
Select program N
o
13 «Multibaker». To do this, press the
button
(15) sequentially until the program number indicator
(32) "13" appears on the display (20).
2.
By successively pressing the button
select the desired cooking stage, the time of which you wish to
change. In this case, the symbol indicator of the selected stage
(33-39) will flash sequentially in the lower part of the display
(20) each time the button (23) is pressed.
3.
To change the time of the selected stage, press the button
(18) sequentially. The new value of the set time will be shown
on the display (20) by the symbols of hours (30) and minutes
(31) in increments of +1 minute to the current value each time
the button (18) is pressed.
4.
Change the settings for the remaining steps of the
«Multibaker» program in the same way.
5.
Press the button
(24) to set and remember the settings
of the «Multibaker» program selected.
Start/stop
(24)
The button
(24) is designed to start, stop and turn off the
selected baking program.
To start the program, press the button
beep will sound, and the display (20) will display cook-
ing time in hours (30) and minutes (31), the number of the
selected program (32), and symbols (26-29) will show the
settings you have selected. The cooking step symbol will
be displayed at the bottom of the display. Two dots will start
flashing at the same time, which signals that the program
has started working.
To stop the cooking process, press the button
at any stage after starting the program. A short beep will
sound. The program will be paused for up to 10 minutes,
while the display (20) will flash the program running time in
hours (30) and minutes (31).
To resume the program, press the button
After 10 minutes, the program will resume automatically.
To stop the program, press and hold the button
about 3 seconds until a long beep confirms that the pro-
gram is stopped.
Note: during the operation of the automatic program, the
other buttons of the control panel (2) except the button
(24) are blocked.
Setting the delay time

You can pre-program by what time the automatic program will
be completed.
Using the navigation buttons of the control panel (2), select
the number of the desired automatic program with the
button (15), the color of the crust with the button (17),
the weight with the button (19) and, if necessary, set the
delayed start time with the button (18).
Set the delay time (please note that when setting the delay
time, take into account the running time of the automatic
program). The delay time will be displayed on the display
(23) you will
(20) in hours (30) and minutes (31).
Note: To quickly set the time, press and hold the button(18).
The maximum delay time is 13 hours. When this time is
reached, the program will return to the base cooking time.
Example:
If it is now 20:00, you have set the automatic program «1»
«Basic» and you want the freshly baked bread to be ready
by 7 am the next day, set the delay time with the button (18)
to 8 hours (the operating time of the program N
– 3 hours).
After setting the delay time, press the button
display (20) will start flashing two dots in the display of the
remaining operating time in hours (30) and minutes (31).
The countdown will start until the automatic program is
turned on.
To cancel the delay, press and hold the button
three seconds, and a long beep will sound.

Note:
The delay function is not available for the program:
«Express» (4), «Jam» (10), «Kneading» (11).
Do not set the delay function when using perishable foods
such as milk, eggs, fruits, etc.
Baking weight selection
You can choose the baking weight with the button
(24)
or 900 g. The selected weight is shown on the display (20) by
symbols (26,28). At the same time, the total running time of the
programs may vary depending on the weight of the loaf. This
option is not active for the following programs: «Accelerated»
(2), «Express» (4), «Cupcake» (6), «Dough» (7), «Baking»
(24) again.

Bread maker operations
The bread maker performs the following actions:
1. Kneading the dough until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
The process of kneading the dough is shown on the display (20)
with symbols (33 and 35).
2. Proofing (rising) of the dough, the process is displayed on the
display (20) with symbols (34,36,37).
3. Baking – the process is shown on the display (20) with the
symbol (38).
