CONTROL PANEL (2)

Using the buttons on the control panel (2) you can select the
required automatic program, set the delay time for cook-
ing, and on the display (20) you can control the entire bak-
ing process.
Each pressing of the control panel buttons is accompanied
by an audible signal and the display backlight turns on (20).
Operation modes
With the button
(15) you can select the number of the auto-
matic cooking program. The program number will be shown on
the display (20) with symbols (32). There are 2 automatic pro-
grams + Multibaker program in total:
1. «Basic»: includes all stages of bread making: dough knead-
ing, proofing (rising) dough and baking, you can also add the
additional ingredients by placing them in the tray (6) to improve
the taste of the finished baking.
2. «Accelerated»: kneading, rising and baking of bread with
the addition of baking soda or baking powder. Bread baked
in this mode is usually smaller in size and has a dense texture.
3. «French»: kneading, rising and baking with a longer lifting
time. Bread baked in this mode usually has a light texture and
a crisper crust.
4. «Express»: bread baking is faster than in the mode
«Accelerated», but bread, as a rule, is smaller in size and has
a denser texture.
5. «Wholegrain»: the program allows you to bake bread from
different types of flour, for example, rye, wholegrain or whole-
meal. This mode has a longer preheating time, which allows
the grain to absorb water and swell. It is not recommended to
use the delay function when cooking such bread, as this may
lead to undesirable results.
6. «Cupcake»: kneading, rising and baking. The mode is
intended for the preparation of biscuits, sweet pastries using
baking soda or baking powder.
7. «Dough»: kneads the yeast dough and lets it rise. Use this
dough to make homemade cakes (pies, etc.)
8. «Baking»: The bread maker operates like an electric oven.
The mode excludes the stages of kneading and rising the
dough. It is used for baking ready-made dough or additional
browning of baked bread.
9. «Sandwich»: kneading, rising and baking bread for sand-
wiches. It is used for baking bread of light texture with a thin crust.
10. «Jam»: prepare fragrant homemade jam, jam, marmalade
or confiture. Pre-cut the fruits for cooking.
11. «Kneading»: kneading and rising the dough without fur-
ther heat treatment. Use the prepared dough to make bak-
ery products.
12. «Gluten-free»: the mode is used for baking bread based
on gluten-free flour. The dough from such flour is usually more
moist and liquid. There is only one rise of the dough, and due
to the high humidity, the baking time is increased.
13. «MULTIBAKER». Baking program with manual selection of
temperature and time modes.
The running time of the program in hours (30) and minutes
(31) will be displayed on the digital display (20) when selected.
Crust color selection button
With this button you can choose one of three colors of the crust
of the finished bread:
light
,
medium
,
dark
.
press the button
(17) sequentially to select the desired
crust color. The selected crust color will be displayed on the
display (20) by one of the symbols
Note: This function is not available for modes: «Dough» (7),
«Jam» (10) and «Kneading» (11).
Dispenser control/backlight
When selecting the automatic ingredient addition function
(dispenser), the program will activate the mechanism for
loading extra ingredients at the right moment (6). After that,
it will open automatically, and all its contents will be added
to the baking dish (7). The initial setting of the dispenser
function (enabled), the symbol
the display (20). To turn it off, press the button

To turn on the backlight lamp inside the bread maker, press
and hold the button
will sound, and the lighting inside the unit will turn on. To
turn off the light, press and hold the button
for 3 seconds or wait 30 seconds until the backlight turns
off automatically.

(21) provides quick access to mode No. 11
«Kneading» lasting 25 minutes. This mode of dough prepa-
ration includes kneading and rising the dough without further
heat treatment. To start the mode, press the button

dough or additional browning of baked bread. To start the
