b. Hardware Preparation.
In order for the S T Microelectronics DfuSe software to communicate with the MI-2100R it is
necessary to place the system into DFU mode.
With the system power breaker in the 'Off' position, press and hold any one of the four yellow
'Menu' directional keys whilst moving the power breaker to the 'On' position.
Once in DFU mode the LCD display will be as shown below.
Now connect the system to your computer with a standard USB A-B cable.
