controller instructions, to rotate the stirring paddle
during filling to prevent air pockets from forming in
the grease.

Always use compatible grease when changing grease.
Fill Reservoir - Oil Dispense

Only use oil appropriate for your application, auto-
matic dispensing, and the equipment's operating
temperature. Consult with machine and lube manu-
facturer for details.

The reservoir can be filled using a hand operated
pump, pneumatic pump or electric transfer pump.

Prime the Pump
It is not necessary to prime the pump every time the
pump is filled. The pump only requires priming the first
time it is used, or if it is allowed to run dry.
1. Loosen the pump element fitting (F

not loosen the pump element. Loosening the pump ele-
ment changes the output volume and causes leakage.
