Instruction manual Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung RSE-Rohrendschälgeräte sind ausschließlich zum Entfernen der Oxidschicht auf Polyethylenrohren vor dem Elektroschweißen vorgesehen. Sie können an Rohrenden sowie an Anschluss- und Stutzenfittings verwendet werden. Das Rohrendschälgerät RSE ist zur Verwendung an PP- und PE-X-Rohren (Polypropylen bzw. vernetztes Polyethylen) zugelassen. Warnung! Ausschließlich zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung vorgesehen Es ist nicht zulässig, das Werkzeug für andere als die oben genannten Einsatzzwecke zu verwenden. -

Instruction manual Vorbereitung des Schälers Schritt Vorgang Spanndorn in das Rohr einführen Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Spanndorn geschlossen ist, bevor Sie diesen Punkt durchführen, andernfalls drehen Sie den Griff gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Führen Sie den Spanndorn wie in der Abbildung gezeigt in das Rohr ein. Griff drehen, um Spanndorn zu spreizen Drehen Sie den Griff im Uhrzeigersinn, während Sie den Spanndorn in das Rohr einführen. - Page 11 Instruction manual Schällänge prüfen Die nutzbare Schällänge (L in der Abbildung) hängt von der Eintauchtiefe des Spanndorns ab. Wenn Sie die maximale Länge nutzen wollen, muss die Spindel tiefer in das Rohr eingeführt werden. Die Abbildung zeigt als Beispiel das Einführen für ein Rohr mit 160 mm Durchmesser. Spanndorn spannen Setzen Sie den Ausleger so weit ein, wie sie in den Spanndorn passt (siehe Detail in der Abbildung).

Ausleger am Ende des Rohrs platzieren Setzen Sie den Ausleger ohne Druck auf das Rohr auf (die innere Feder ist bereits gespannt). Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Klinge am Ende des Rohrs richtig positioniert ist (siehe vertikale Markierung).

Instruction manual Schälvorgang Schritt Vorgang Einspannen und Befestigen des Rohrs Fixieren oder klemmen Sie das Rohr, bevor Sie mit dem Schälen beginnen, um das Schälergebnis zu verbessern und Unfälle zu vermeiden. Druckmutter in die untere Position drehen Lassen Sie die Druckmutter in der unteren Position los, wie in der Abbildung dargestellt. Instruction manual Schälmesser wechseln WARNUNG! Scharfe Klinge. Das Messer ist sehr scharf! Bei der Handhabung der Ersatzmesser besteht erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr. ► Bei Arbeiten an den Schälmessern stets schnittfeste Handschuhe tragen. Schritt Vorgang Schraube lösen und Schälmesser abnehmen Lösen und entfernen Sie die Schraube die die Klinge in Position hält mit einem Sechskantschlüssel SW 2,5. Instruction manual Intended use The pipe end peelers RSE are meant exclusively for the removal of the oxide layer on polyethylene pipes as preparation for electrofusion (EF). The peeler can be used for pipe end and spigot fittings and outlets. Additionally the pipe end peeler RSE is approved for usage on polypropylene (PP) and cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X) pipes. -

Instruction manual Peeler Preparation Step Action Insert the expanding mandrel inside the pipe Make sure the mandrel is closed before performing the operation, otherwise turn the grip counter-clockwise. Insert the mandrel inside the pipe as shown in the figure. Turn the grip to expand the madrel Turn the grip clockwise while inserting the mandrel into the pipe. - Page 29 Instruction manual Check the peeling length The usable peeling length (L in the figure) depends on the insertion depth of the mandrel. If you want to use the maximum length, the spindle must be inserted more deeply into the pipe. The image shows as an example the insertion for a 160mm diameter tube.
