- If the LED is steady blue,
the camera is connected to your WiFi and you just need to add it to your
phone.
Make sure your phone is connected to the same WiFi as the camera. Start
the WIWACAM app, wait for some seconds until a blue strip appears. Click
on the blue strip and follow the guide to add the camera to your phone.
Another solution is to reset camera first, then run Chapter 2.4 from
beginning again.
- If the status LED is steady blue and then flashes red,
it means the router is rejecting the camera's connection to WiFi.
Check if there are MAC filter settings on the router. If the issue persists,
contact our support at service@wiwacam.com.
