8.1 Setup Camera not Successful
Question: I am having trouble setting up and adding camera to my
phone
Answer:
If the camera cannot scan the code on your phone:
try the 2nd setup method. You can find the guide for the 2nd setup method
at this link:

If the camera scans the code on your phone but the app cannot find the
camera after the progress bar runs out, check the
camera.
- If it's flashing red,
it means the WiFi password input to the app is wrong. Reset the camera and
try again with the correct WiFi password.
- If the LED is steady red,
the camera cannot find the provided WiFi network.
Reset the camera, connect your phone to the target WiFi (the WiFi you
WiFi signal strength weak. Or WiFi SSID not found.
Please bring the camera closer to the router
IP address assignment failed.
Please activate DHCP in the router settings
and deactivate MAC filtering
