Relieve pressure when not using the unit, to avoid the
pump stalling out a t the top of the stroke when starting
up. If the pump stalls: relieve pressure, according to
Pressure Relief Procedure, below, remove plug from the
top of the hydraulic motor (see illustration below) and
push the spool all the way down. Replace the cap and
start up again.

Periodically, or if electric motor is overheating, unplug
unit, relieve pressure, remove shield and clean
all

dirt, dust, etc., off the shield, fan blades, motor and
