DAILY GUN CARE, FLUSHING, AND CLEANING
13. Dampen a
soft
cloth with solvent and wring-out the
excess. Point the gun down and wipe off the outside
of the gun.

14. Remove the bottom fluid tube fitting (P) and filter
(14). Clean the gun fluid filter in a compatible sol-
vent.
Reinstall the filter and fitting. Do not over-tighten the
fitting as over-tightening could distort the filter;
make
sure
the top fluid tube fitting
(a)
remains tight-
ened.

16. Clean the retaining nut, tip guard,
air cap
and
fluid
tip daily, at a minimum. Some applications require
more frequent cleaning. Clean the parts with a
soft
