DAILY GUN CARE, FLUSHING, AND CLEANING
1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure Warnlng
on
page 10. Be sure to set the trigger safety latch (K) in
the locked position after relieving pressure. Make
sure the ES ON-OFF lever (26) is turned to OFF
before proceeding.

2. Disconnect the fluid (F) and air supply (A) hoses
from the gun.

3. Pointing the gun down, unscrew and remove the
retaining nut (E), tip guard
(2),
air cap (1) and fluid tip
(9).
You
may have
to
turn the air cap with the tip
guard to remove the air cap from the gun. Set these
parts aside.

4. Connect the solvent supply hose
(Q)
to the gun
fluid
fitting (10).

5. Unlock the trigger safety latch, point the gun down
into a grounded metal container (L), and flush the
gun with solvent until it
Is
clean.
Use
the lowest pos-
sible fluid pressure when flushing.

Lock the trigger safety latch and turn
off
the solvent
supply.
Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure Warning on
page 10. Be sure to set the trigger safety latch in the
locked position after relieving pressure.
