2. Select KeyPad TouchScreen from the list.

Clicking on opens the list of the KeyPad
TouchScreen malfunctions.
The eld is displayed only if a malfunction is
detected.
Clicking on opens the instructions for updating
the keypad's rmware.
The eld is displayed if a new rmware version
is available.
Clicking on opens the list of the settings and
permissions that the app need to be granted for
the correct operation of the keypad.
Signal strength between the hub or range
extender and the device on the Jeweller
channel. The recommended value is 2–3 bars.
Jeweller is a protocol for transmitting KeyPad
TouchScreen events and alarms.
Connection status on the Jeweller channel
between the device and the hub (or the range
extender):
Online — the device is connected to the hub
or the range extender.
O ine — the device is not connected to the
hub or the range extender. Check the keypad
connection.
Signal strength between the hub or the range
extender and the device on the Wings channel.
The recommended value is 2–3 bars.
Wings is a protocol for updating a rmware and
transmitting the list of the groups, rooms and
other additional information.
